Feel like it’s been way too long since I was a contributor, but I’ve seen some tasty Kettle Fry Chicken cooks lately. I dug some stuff out of the freezer, hit up the garden, and put fire in our Vortex that’s been sitting with no love for too long. Kettle Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu, Caprese Salad, and a skillet of new potatoes with garlic and green onions fried in a bit of lard.
