Kettle Fried Chicken (KFC) - Take 2

Well my first attempt didn't turn out as planned so i had to give her another go.

Started with

Onto kettle indirect @ ~450

~1 hour later and things looking much better than last time

Your plate with some excellent red potato salad i made this afternoon

Perfect bit through skin

Little greens for good measure

Super happy with and it will be "in the rotation" around here. Wifey was also happier
