Simple enough - smoke some drummies!

Nice clean fire going in off-set



Nice slow cook 225f



Put some off this rub on, and basted with sauce



Nice thin blue goin on



And kept basting that hot sauce on, - one of my fav drinks bundy - redgum filtered rum & ginger ale Mmmmm




Kept basting - until ready




Well!! - i thought i could handle sum heat - but No this stuff turned me into a little girl..tears streaming down my face......family laughing at me!....i guess i slightly overbasted!!!
 
Would have loved to share a tear with you brother, very nice Glen, I have been guilty of shedding a tear or two myself. It;s a good club to be in

Ha ha ! Been there , done that....got the T- shirt ! I like hot , but sometimes I tend to overdo....
 
Could have fooled me. The legs don't look atomic. Bet I could have handled 3 or 4. What's a little "after glow". Great job.
