Just some Burgers today

I have never done Burgers on the Weber grill. Time to change this.

Setup the grill for high heat and let the meat sear well on both sides for a few seconds. Just to the point where they have a nice branding and a light crust.
Then put them away the direct heat and close the lid. Shut all vents and let the fire die.
Let the burgers cook a few minutes -- in my case it was five minutes - depending on the thickness of the burgers.

After that they will be tender and juicy.

Loved both of your videos. I will have to try your approach to cooking burgers. Looks very flavorful.
 
I really like the way you seared the burgers. They had a great sear. Also like the way you shut it down and let them come to the temp.
