How are you liking your Searwood?I was oogling that exact model - except with black enamel lid - just a few months ago before I pivoted to the Searwood.
Sounds awesome! Glad you're loving it!Love it! New to pellets. Everything has been great. App is super convenient. I also got the griddle insert which I have been using and enjoying for smash burgers, bacon, scrambles. Only real complaint so far is drain hole on the griddle is kinda small and grill cover is out of stock. More prep space would be nice. Maybe I’ll spring for one of the add on tables.
WELL DONE! Looked like a real nice grillSPX 435
Sold for $750
So $500 profit for a half days work.
Thank you I'm happy. I can't hang on to all of themWELL DONE! Looked like a real nice grill
Thanks Jon!Awesome flip, Josh! What a home run. While I am primarily a fan of the "classic" Webers, that one definitely has a lot to offer in the way of style, size and features. Glad you could move it so quickly!
I think you're right Larry. Good callIn todays world faster is always better. Better to have the $$$ in hand quicker with less input IMO. I don't want to go any deeper into being accused of politics. But suffice to say things are so volatile if you can turn a quick $50 as opposed to a slow and only "possible" $75 I'll take the sure $50
I'm the same way, I have a hard time not "over doing it"Yah, It usually seems like going above and beyond on rehabs is not a good return on investment. I probably could do better if I held to that rule a little better. I don't do over the top restores, but probably more than I should for a profit and loss perspective.
