Just BabyBack Ribs, Beef Ribs and Baked Potato

BabyBacks were rubbed with my homemade rub. BeefRibs done with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Never lifted the lid for 41/2 hours. Last 1/2 hour put Cattleman's Sauce on Pork ribs. 732 was on grate and hovered around 250 the whole time. Excellent flavor on both ribs and great smoke. Moist n Meaty. Scored four bottles of Founders KBS today. 2 bottle limit. Me and my buddy waited in line for 45 minutes. He had a free meal and beer tonight.

Ok so I was expecting to open this thread and drool over the food, instead I see KBS in the first photo and started to drool over that. It went on sale here in FL for the first time on Tuesday, however I totally missed out due to being home with my sick son. Mercifully I've managed to set up a nice trade so I have two 4-packs on my way... My local watering hole also got a keg so I'm hoping to get a sniff off that at some point. The food looks awesome too!!!

Founders is a Grand Rapids Michigan Brewery. A buddy of mine got me hooked on there Backstage Series-Smoked Porter. It's like a BBQ in a beer. I picked up 10 quart bottles. The KBS is only available in April. Sold out in 15 minutes in Kalamazoo. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get a 2 bottle limit. A buddy went with me so I scored the 4 bottles. Very unique beer.

KBS stands for Kentucky Breakfast Stout... The beer is a big robust stout that is flavored with coffee, chocolate, and then aged in bourbon barrels. As Roger said, it's only released once a year and sells out almost immediately.
