Just a Healthy Quickie for Tonight

Boneless, skinless thighs, marinated for a few hours in Stubbs Chicken Marinade plus a little EVOO and crushed red pepper added

Looks Perfect Bill....your post the other night looked really good too, I was going to comment but kept getting distracted.
 
I wish I had eaten that meal. Wife and I had to go out so we had to pick up In and Out Burgers. Good burgers but would much prefer a great home cooked meal like yours. I'm jealous.
 
After reading the subject line, I was a little afraid to proceed. :cool: Nice chicken though.
 
Did something very similar the other night and it was very good, not as nice looking as yours but it worked.
 
So many of you serve the most beautifully plated food, I commend you.
At my house it's more like a pack of wild animals descending on the kill once the slicing gets underway.
