Just a few cooks from the past couple months

Nothing too serious, no need to make a thread for each one.
Just a few of the tasty cooks over the 2 worst months of the winter….
Which by the way is almost over, getting rain these days. It’s still to early to say it’s spring and probably still another snow storm to come.
Thanks for checking out the pictures.
First one is just exciting as it is the first time I seen this new squash…..honeynut squash baked with cinnamon, brown sugar and it has butter in it as well.
Butcher shop garlic sausage and my homemade kraut.

Smash burger tacos.
Homemade burger sauce, pickles…iceberg.
My wife made her stroganoff, which is pretty addictive.

Nice 4 bone rack of beef ribs served with red beans and rice.
Also not sure if I posted before but I made pork belly burnt ends again…..so far these have been the best ones yet
Sooooo tender and juicy, the last pic would show that off.

Made this new one I called Burger Parmesan….it is exactly what you think it is.
Marinara with some added herbs, parm, used the leftover pappardelle I had.
Nailed the sear and the cook on the beef.
Also made a smokin good beef stew.

Made my 48 hour beef marrow bone broth and lots of beef.
Strip steak dinner with mushrooms, mashed with leeks was a good one.
Nice skirt and flank in there too….just other dinners or plates I was making.

Tbone and frites…..got a bit short changed on the tenderloin side but it was good and also nice and thick.
Also sprouts cooked in bacon fat finished with bacon, parm, aged balsamic and black pepper……plated with a garlic sausage with a polish made polish mustard and my kraut.
Thanks for looking, see you again in another 2 or 3 months.

Thanks Chuck!
Most of these dishes are not overly complicated....I make good tasting food like you guys.....Brett makes good tasting I am sure but some appear to be much more complicated....I also don't know all these really fancy dishes out there to be honest.

I would take those dishes over fancy food any day. You are putting out some killer food, Darryl.
