Anybody try Talenti Gelato Sea Salt Carmel.
I know it’s not ice cream, but darn good.

The summer of 1789 was so hot that George Washington spent $200 on ice cream, worth about $4,000 Today.

Published in Bon Appetit mag. in 2001. Wonder how much that ice cream would have cost him today.

We pick those up when they're on sale. Pretty good stuff.

I haven't made home churned ice cream in a very long time.
I haven't tried that particular flavor, but I do like their Butter Pecan - and I get the Mint Chocolate Chip for my mother. Both are very good.

"When Baskin-Robbins opened in 1946, it offered a flavor for every day of the month; that's why the name is 31 Flavors."
