Michael, how did the jerk flavors hold up to the long cooking cycle of smoking? Been wanting to do a Jerk rib smoke, but was never sure whether or not to do wet rub or dry, or a combo of both...please advise!
Btw, those ribs look gorgeous! Hope they were as tasty as they appeared

just did a side of what rice and green beans. Not homemade, it was walkers wood hot and spicy. flavors were on point, wet rub way to go when doing jerked pork or chicken.
