Not bad...for a gasser! Looks great buddy, and in only 3hrs.! Did some baby back ribs on Saturday that took 6hrs. It worth it to me though.
 
Great looking rack Jenny...T how was the flavor compared to ribs smoked in the kettle or wsm?

It was missing the flavor was good. But it was missing the smokey flavor that we get from the wsm or kettle. It had a slight grilled flavor.
 
I will prefer to do them on my wsm. They were great but missed the smoke flavor. I will definitely do them again just to practice more or if I run out of charcoal.

I *know* they were better than at any restaurant :) I always burned everything on the cheap gas grill I bought my dad 15 years ago (he moved 13 years ago & I "inherited" it) so I started putting a cookie sheet on the bottom grill and cooking indirect on the top rack -----seriously, that's how I did it before I found this forum lol,,,,,,, low & slow on gas... Anyway, I'll try to duplicate your cook, see how I do (after I run out of charcoal :) )
