Definitely looks great. I finally found a jerk recipe I really like and did some jerk wings a week or so ago. I have been thinking about doing pork but was thinking tenderloin. Did you marinade for a long time or just put the seasoning on right before the cook?
I want to jam reggae, drink high life, hangout with y'all and eat all of that. Oh yeah this polack loves sauerkraut and reggae. Jerk pork, too!
