So, made a marinade of !/2 cup Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 large can of crushed pineapple, two whole Jalapeno's seeds and all sliced up and 4 cloves of garlic diced up. Also Scallions
Defrosted wings and thighs, put half the marinade right into the original bag which had a zip lock. Marinate all day in the fridge
So 2.5 Lbs of white button and baby bella mushrooms cut up good to do a recipe I saw with the Pioneer Women TV show
Two whole large yellow onion cut up and 4 cloves of garlic with some butter and olive oil in the cast iron till translucent, mushrooms all in until they render their juices, Kosher and fresh ground, 1 cup of white wine, two cups low sodium chicken stock, and 1tsp of tumeric. 2 cups of long grain rice and cook until rice done. When it was done I added more salt and pepper to taste.
Wings on indirect for about 40 minutes and a little Rolling Rock lubrication
Wings cooked to about done, then taken off and put into a pot with the other half of the marinade, coated and put back on direct for a few, done and heading in
On the table, the Mushroom Pilaf has parsley added at the end, I did not have any fresh so skipped it. It is delicious.
