It seems like just about all ya'll have made teriyaki chicken recently: time for me to get on board. I boned out some chicken thighs, skewered 'em, and bathed 'em in a pretty simple bulgogi marinade

which I will be cooking on this old school Yakatori grill. We picked this baby up recently at an estate sale. I am well aware I'm not cooking on a Weber; but I am, you see...



The beer in the growler was actually from Calapooia : Summit, a single hop, small batch IPA. Very, very nice! Lets get that chicken on. I'm using lump tonight.
