I've been away to long but here is why...

Hey everyone, I've been offline so to say for awhile but have still been lurking lol. I am back though lol... And here is a pic heavy thread of today's cook! I saw the bacon wrapped chicken thighs and had to try them. As well as a meatloaf for tonight's dinner and 4 for my lunches next week. Also at the end is a pic of the main reason I have been away!!! Anyway, enough rambling here are some pic's!

Mini loafs with some jalapeno and topped with bacon,

Big loaf for tonight!

Bacon wrapped thigh's with roasted tomato, red peppers, basil and 3 cheese blend,

Some portabella mushrooms with 3 cheese blend, chillie's garlic and thin sliced cherry tomatoes,

'Shrooms off,

I am originally from Calgary too but live in Kelowna, BC now. Is the business only catered food or will you operate weekly at different locations?. When will you be open for business?

Thanks! The business will do catering on the side or as requested. To start we will be Alberta only but hope to expand on that with in the first 2 years. We have a site in the N.E. of Calgary that will have power and water setup for us to operate from. We are hoping to open about mid May.
