Must be because it's been so long, but these were really good!

Used some Charbroil whiskey wood chips that I found at Lowes.

The sauce was probably 10 oz Franks RedHot Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce, 1tsp corn starch mixed in a little water, black pepper, ~.33t each of onion & garlic powder, a little (>1/4t) toasted sesame oil, a little dehydrated jalapeno..........edit: oh yeah, and a little bit of thyme.
