Boneless skinless thighs and a couple of boneless skinless breasts.

I've been focused on smoked meat all spring and summer, and this was a nice change. Nice in that it was quick and easy and also nice to have a different flavor profile that was more chicken flavor without the smoke.

I really like smoked chicken, but again it was a nice change.
