Is this a Weber?

I just noticed this listing and at first, I thought it was one of those old Weber Gas kettles, but I don't see any knobs for the gas valves and I don't see any burners inside the kettle. It certainly looks like it has been used as a coal burner.
Then I thought maybe it is an off brand, but it certainly looks like a weber kettle from my limited perspective. Did Weber ever make a coal burning kettle on a post like this?

Happy Cooker made a gas kettle, and judging by the design of the top handle, I’d say that’s what this is.

That's still a very interesting find. It looks beyond any salvaging to return it to being a gas grill, but it is at least very unusual.

I always wondered how that (I assume) Bakelite handle would work. At least it's a pretty easy thing to spot when looking at photos of a grill.

Then again, the presence of a top vent, and lack of a gas connection, on this grill would seem to indicate that it’s a coal burner.
