Invitation to WSM Smoke Day - May 28, 2022


 
I've got a couple of pork butts thawing. Those are going on the WSM tomorrow morning. Having some friends over tomorrow as well. Making chicken thighs, asparagus and also pub burgers (to go on pretzel buns) on the kettle for supper.
 
Wanted to participate this year but I’ve a 3lb prime tomahawk that is begging for an open fire cook on my S&S Firepit. Hickory logs to boot. I’ll still take photos...
