Definitely do the tri-tip! I cut my own thick, bone-in ribeyes from one of their standing rib roasts this year.........already can't wait for when I pull these out of the freezer. Probably about 3 lbs each!
I'm cooking a Costco prime tri tip this afternoon. We did two of them and a ham for Christmas and we had leftovers of ham but not the TT. It is a great cut and my favorite to grill.
