I went to buy essentials for this Friday cook.

Then I got this which my butcher highly recommended for the pork steaks he cut up for me.
Big pork steaks like Jim does them. According to the butcher they were 1.5 inches thick.
On the grill they go for about 2 hours with orange wood.
I did a potato packet that Bob did in one of his recent cooks. Potato, onions,jalapeño, and butter. ( mine was a little different)
Grilled some corn
Almost done
Potatoes done in about an hour
Did a quick sear but I guess due to marinade it burnt up quick... Shouldn't of done that...
Plated and ready to eat. Overall it was good this marinade brought out the pork flavor and I highly recommend it
