Individual Spare Ribs

Hi Everyone, so I have two packs of spares already cut into individual ribs. I plan on smoking at ~250 degrees. Will they be done faster? 3 hours maybe? What do you think? Thanks
 
Yes, they'll be done faster. In fact, if they were skinned before they were separated you could grill them over a smoky fire and still have lots of flavor.
