Increasing Cooking Capacity of Weber Smokers


 
I saw the "fuse" panel. Or new circuit breaker. In my old house that would be a fold down ironing board.

Just a few hours before watching the video I ran into the exact situation you were talking about with using the rib rack to hold chickens. I was hot smoking six hunks of Canadian bacon and they were a bit tight on the grate so I stood three of them on their side in a rib rack. Worked great until it was time to take them out. The rib rack would not let go. I mangled the meat pretty badly getting it out of that rack. I'll not make that mistake again.
