and toss on the chuck eyes.

that's a hunka chipolte pepper hangin' in the middle of that piece'a meat.
nope, liz said "NO peppers on mine please!"

shrooms+taters done...

lost (misplaced) the camera for a moment....
steaks off and 'gus on.

pretty thin gussies, weren't on long.
