Maribel is back cooking. After the drama that happened past few weeks she didn't want to participate anymore. But Jim Lampe words of encouragement she's at it again.
Had my best friend over for drinks and bbq and this is what happened.

I was at work and Maribel set up the smoker by herself. By the time I got home she was 2 hours into the cook.

After 2 hours or so she wrapped with AJ,butter,brown sugar and Cajun seasoning.

Ribs are done. Took about 5 hours she likes to cook @225

She made bbq beans and cornbread with jalapeño and cheese. ( Curt Davis gave us that idea) Mashed potatoes

Corn bread was delicious. It was spicy but good. The peppers were hot. We will do it next time on CI on the grill.
