I'll be attending Harry Soo's "Backyard Pitmaster" hands-on cooking class in Oakland, CA on Saturday, February 15. Price is $375. Slots are still available. If you live in NorCal, why not join me? It will be cool to see what kind of class Harry puts on! If you want to fly in to Oakland, he's got a special hotel rate with Hampton Inn where he conducts the class.

Excellent. Harry's class is super enjoyable and highly informative. Take notes, including those written on Tee shirts ;) And oh... how nimble are your fingers (you'll understand later... ;) )

Wow... What a great opportunity. I would love to attend his class. Hell, I would love to just meet the guy!

Hi Chris,
I want to go. Already sent an email to them requesting the registration form.
Will try to book the hotel too. Heck, I'll go ahead and take the opportunity to do a little shopping too. Life in Angola is such a strain!
 
Great looking out Chris! I just requested a registration form and definitely looking forward to the class. As a beginner and novice in BBQing, Harry's knowledge and guidance will be very helpful.
 
I hope the couple of folks who said they want to attend will be able to make that happen! Would love to meet some of you guys and soak up some Harry Soo knowledge in the process.
 
It should be a fun experience Chris. It would be interesting to know if Harry has tried the 14.5 WSM yet and what he thinks of it.

It is now official.... I am attending! I better start dieting right now. :)
Just paid for the tickets, car and hotel this afternoon. February 15 can't come soon enough!
