I will just leave this here

Yeah the weather and the lighting doesn't slow me down a bit when it comes to grilling year-round. I still may grill multiple times a day even if it's snowing or dark out or whatever. It doesn't bother me at all.
I’m the same way. And honestly having a gas grill over charcoal has pretty much taken the weather out of the equation all together for me. Charcoal grilling usually goes into hibernation January & February.

I canceled my eBay order. Something just didn't feel right about that one. The pictures and description weren't 100%.

Just picked this one up from Amazon Lightning Deal instead. It's the same one. If you hold out till Black Friday there's a good chance you could get it even a little cheaper but I think this price is good. Plenty good for me.

For reference - I got my torch for $13 last year, but similar configuration is no longer available

I bought a similar set for my Blackstone, made by Cuisianart a couple years ago at Costco for $15. Was money well spent!
I used them this morning to grill bacon, eggs and hash browns. So glad I picked them up. Thick SS Full length tang sharp beveled edges worked very well.

My wife's indoor non scratch spatulas would not have cut it. She likes her ceramic coated pots and pans

A few of those "Malts" to get some alcohol flowing through your veins should help to dissolve some of that away. One malt for every breakfast sandwich is generally considered adequate.
I have to wait for the weekend. I only partake of the "malts" on weekends. :D Oddly I have to watch them as they tend to push my blood glucose down and can actually cause "lows" if I don't balance it with something else like say some cheese and crackers

It's hard for me to not grab more of these but I have way more than I need. I'd rather have this grill than a $1000 grill from the store.

Looks nice Josh. If you passed it up you would regret it. I know I would.
