I’m the same way. And honestly having a gas grill over charcoal has pretty much taken the weather out of the equation all together for me. Charcoal grilling usually goes into hibernation January & February.Yeah the weather and the lighting doesn't slow me down a bit when it comes to grilling year-round. I still may grill multiple times a day even if it's snowing or dark out or whatever. It doesn't bother me at all.
