THis was a rehab on a customers personal grill. They kinda wanted it to remain pretty much original. I didn't really want to retain the cabinet, but they did, so I obliged letting them know that it just poses a rust hazard on an otherwise pretty much bullet proof grill. Their cook box was bulged out and the grease opening in the bottom was dropping too so I swapped in a new cook box. I would have blasted their original one anyway though.
 
Absolutely spectacular work! How do you get the inside of the cookbox so clean? Media blasting, angle grinder (what attachments?), chemicals? That's a rare beauty that will function first class! I have never seen one. Thanks for sharing.
