Not to say I won't love having other Steaks. I only get Ribeyes when they're on sale usually only when I'm in AZ.I agree Josh. Overall, the Ribeye gets my nod.

Easy to make and they always turn out great. No recipe just wing itI am sure I would love those as well.
Larry the meat at my Costco is too expensive for me to afford is it that way at your Costco? It's about the most expensive place in town. I can't justify spending over $20 a pound for Ribeye steakI quit buying pre-cut meat at Costco. Really bothers me A LOT they decide to blade tenderize it, when I really don't want that. Plus IDK if proper safety and cleaning is done. If I need pre-cut I buy at my 2 local little meat shops or Sam's Club where they don't pre-ruin the steak.
I will buy whole sub primals at Costco as they do present a really good value
Ribeyes Under $10 a pound is a good score for meI remember being pissed off when I started seeing Ribeyes for more than $10 a lb.
In Arizona when Ribeye steaks are on sale I get them between $5 and $8 a lb and my butcher there will cut them to whatever thickness I want.
Let's see those tank scales when you're done with them, they are pretty rough.Got a couple hours in this morning. I’ve got tank scale wind chimes![]()
