If you keep your eyes open, eventually you'll find an old Summit that has the 9930 grates that are compatible with the Genesis 1000/Silver B grills. That's the way to go in my opinion.

That’s what I’ve been wishing for. A nice set of 9930’s for my forever grill.

That is most definitely the best option. 9930s are extremely valuable to me and I'm always looking for more.
