I Really L♥VE Pork!

TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Two inch chops marinated in WICKERS overnight.
Then seasoned with Blues Hog Rub
Using Kingsford for fuel, the chops were grilled direct each side for 4 minutes, then indirect for 10 each side.

again, baby Yukons were the starch this evening.

remove the pork at an internal temp of 135ºF, foil tented for an additional 15 minutes.
again, patty pans were the side dish with some ripe banana peppers.

I'd eet these things everyday if i didn't eet brats or ribs or chuck eyes or burgers or yardbird everyday...
well, i COULD eet ALL those everyday butt i'd run outta charcoal.
