I need red meat!!

Howdy folks... Boy I needed a red meat nite "sorry diet" sometimes nature calls! Tonight was some strip Tri-tip and a few veggies on the super green grilling machine!(wish I had my new Weber shirts) oh well maybe tomorrow! On with the cooking!
Steak with salt and pepper and garlic(heavy on the pepper tonight!) Gus hanging with some wine, EVOO and garlic and some Winter Ale (yes finally on stock!) to get thing s rolling!(Kim you gotta try the winter! Love it!)
