I know some get tired of looking at the same ole Q, but I don't

! I done these bb's at 250 for 4.5 hours with cherry wood, they were ice cold when I put em on. They were in cherry smoke the first 1.5 hrs. Used K salt, cracked pepper, lil bit of cumin, chile powder, celery salt, granulated onion and garlic. Put the fattie on for 1.5 hours with the same seasoning and 1 more piece of cherry.

Wife done up some chezzee garlic bread, mac n cheese and green beans.

It was ooo so good!

Looking at that plate I don't think I would have said same ole stuff, but rather practice has MADE PERFECT. Really a nice looking cook Glenn. Thanks for sharing. Bob

Cooked in a restaurant.... 15.99 a plate + bar tab... nah.
Home cooked with leftovers for work's lunch tomorrow....
Your co-workers eyeballing the meat and the smell of it all....
