Simple cook tonight. Marinated some chicken legs in some store bought Huli Huli sauce for 8 hrs and then basted the legs while they were cooking on the rotisserie. Served with some white rice and some California style veggies.
The sauce I used.

Thanks for the compliments!! The sauce was good but not great. The good thing about it was, it was not overwhelmingly (is that a word) sweet. It did remind be of a teriyaki sauce more than anything. Next time I will try making my own sauce using a recipe found on the net.

Food looks great. How do you like the ring and rotisserie for the kettle? I cant decide if I should buy that or wait and get one with a gas grill ...I`ve seen some great food on a kettle.

I was goin' to try some pidgin Hawaiian kudos, but it just wasn't working. So I'll go with: great meal, John! Wish I had some.

Nice job John, very nice looking plate. If your looking for a IMHO great Huli-Huli sauce the Weber book "Way to cook" on page 159 has an excellent one we use all the time on chicken a boneless pork chops.
