This is the first time I have looked at this forum and it really appears to be interesting. I have smoked for quite a while and currently have a well made 30 year old OKIE JOE's offset smoker. I have cooked a lot of pork in it. Through the years I have had several of the cheapo water smokers, but they seem to rust or corrode into oblivion. I got a WSM last year and it is like driving a Jag instead of an Escort. Really well made and user friendly smoker. The WSM is great to use with Quail and other game birds.

Well, I am looking forward to learning some new tricks from this group and hopefully making a few contributions.... Regards, Paul
