Been lurking/reading since I got my WSM in Apr. Been using a Weber 22 grill for 20 + yrs. Direct/indirect grilling/smoking. Only problem encounter so far is reaching/maintaining temps at high attitute (5500'). Look forward to lots of reading/learning smoking.

Welcome Snuffy! Glad to have another 4corners guy. It's a truly amazing area that we live in here. Best in the states I think.
I live @ 7100 feet east of Durango. the best way to keep temps up, is burn lump. And use plenty.
Jim, if you want to know where the 4 corners is call your sister in Durango.
 
Welcome Snuffy! One of the best vacations we ever took was a camping trip to the 4 corners area and visiting many Anasazi sites. Just beautiful country.
