Been lurking/reading since I got my WSM in Apr. Been using a Weber 22 grill for 20 + yrs. Direct/indirect grilling/smoking. Only problem encounter so far is reaching/maintaining temps at high attitute (5500'). Look forward to lots of reading/learning smoking.
