How many racks of St. Louis style ribs on a 22.5"

Hello all,
I've been reading these threads now for a couple of years and have learned alot. I purchased my 18.5" over two years ago and have used it frequently. My favorite food is the St.Louis style ribs. I like cooking them laying flat, and that way I can put two on per rack. If I get the 22.5" can you fit 3 per rack laying flat? Thanks in advance for you help.

Yep, and even with three slabs you should have a less percentage of ribs hanging out past the pan to overcook than with two slabs on the little bullet.

Will be in the market for the big bullet in the near future. That'll make glazing much easier than cooking half slabs in the rib rack.
