I saw this on Twitter today.

"When the Rangers signed Darvish, the hope was he'd deliver a world title to Texas. Who knew it would work out so well?"

However, what's really interesting is that the Astros' victory was actually predicted 3 years ago!

Yes, SI did predict this 3 years ago. I'm so glad they were right. Hat's off to Jim Crane for building this franchise to what it has become.
 
Seems only logical, since his life features a lot of self-improvement.

There might even be hope for you.;)

Have to say it was an excellent series. I don't follow either team, but glad the title goes home to Houston. Wasn't familiar with Altuve, Bregman, or Springer. But WOW can these guys play.
 
Congratulations to the Astros!

Maybe the Carolinas will field a major league team one day. We'll call them the Carolina BBQ. :cool:
