Hotdog lunch + Steak and Veggies for Dinner

Gorgeous day to grill with 55* weather and sunshine. Been avg of about 30 here for 2-3 months. Seasoned T-bones with k-salt and lots of pepper. Seasoned brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Potatoes were the same. I did mine hasselback, but not sure what all the rage is...maybe I'm doing something wrong. It just gets kinda dried out.

My hotdog was all-american with ketchup, mustard, and relish and one with spicy mustard and onions. My boy's was plain with some ketchup for dipping...he dipped his finger a lot.

Thanks so much for the supportive comments. Had a great time prepping it with my boy, and he hung out at the grill with me the whole time.
