Tonight we decided to fight heat with heat. Jerk Beef Kabobs. This was a recipe I really enjoyed from Weber, (New Real Grilling), but spiced it up a bit with more Habaneros and Penzeys Berbere. Grab this book. This recipe alone is worth the price. We also did some Gus with a chile/lime/butter sauce and some potatoes taking a lesson from Mr. Correll.
It’s in the 90’s again but Buddy is stylin’ as he got a bath today. He sure likes to cook!
Potatoes are ready but not as nice as Mr. Correll. Hey, I’m learning. Next time.
The action shot for Mr. Lampe. Well done on the left, rare on the right. I also added some Pepperettes and hot sausage just to clean out the fridge.
