Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

I like to grill whole chicken wings when I can find them. For this cook I made Honey Sriracha Wings. Also did some Spicy Roasted Brussels Sprouts and finally a Corn Cobbler. Here are a few pictures.

Seasoned the wings with S & P, Smoked Paprika and then added two tbsp. of baking powder. The BP is supposed to help with the crispiness of the wings.

On the grill. Flipped every 15 minutes or so.

Halved up about 1 1/2 lbs of Sprouts.

Tossed in EVOO, Rice Wine Vinegar, Honey, Sriracha and S&P. Placed on baking sheet, cut side down.

On grill for about 30 minutes.

Wings are done.

Tossed wings in glaze of sriracha, honey, rice vinegar and small amount of sesame oil.

Sprouts done.

Cliff that is one fantastic plate of food. I'm going to do your sprouts real soon, love the ingredients.

Winner winner, chicken dinner!

The wings look amazing, I'm going to steal some of the ideas! (Can't do sweet sauces/glazes so much).

But the sprouts make my mouth water... love them, and that's an awesome technique for grilling! Sprouts love some acid, and the Srirach... mmmmm!

I was wondering what I was gonna cook for the tailgate this weekend....not anymore!
Great looking wings, sprouts, and cobbler... Heck, it all looks fantastic!!
Great job,
Tim
