Honey Mustard Pork Loin

Found 2 center cut pork loins, combined around 3#. Rubbed both with BSS seasoning.

Fired up the 26.75" OTG with CIG's and seared. After searing, basted with some Blues Hog Honey Mustard then foiled and added more sauce before closing and moved to indirect for about an hour and a half. This is just a pic of searing. Cherry Wood Chips added for some smoke.

While that was going, got some veggies going. Zukes, squash, baby yukons,a little onion ans some budda.

Those went into the oven, and these were pulled and let rest for about 30 mins.

Cut one on the meat slicer and wrapped the other for left overs.

I know the plate isn't overflowing with all kinds of different stuff, but it was plenty and plenty good. Thanks for looking and you all have a GREAT week, see you next weekend!
