Homemade Fresh Brats

Didn't even think to take pics till after I seasoned the pork

Season 10 lbs of ground pork seasoned with some Penzeys Bratwurst Seasoning and 2 cups of Stone Smoked Porter. a local beer here is San Diego.

Those look fantastic. I keep wanting to make my own Brats and this just might get me away from the grill long enough to try. They look great!
