12" lodge cast iron pan, toasted sesame seeds in the bottom, whole wheat dough (1.25C whole wheat flour, 1t yeast, 1/4t salt, 1T honey + sesame seeds), a little tomato sauce (0.59 can, just a few tbsp).
Roasted 1 green pepper, half an onion, & a couple large-ish white mushrooms in the oven @ 425 for 20 minutes, put the dough in the pan, a little sauce, & into the oven for ~23 minutes or so.
Oh yeah, about 5 oz feta & 4 oz asiago cheese.
I only slightly modified the recipe from page 75 from The Lodge Cast Iron cookbook (skillet cauliflower-feta pizza)
Surprisingly, there's tons of great meatless recipes in this book.....(trying to cut back on meat consumption a bit, but I bot 4# chicken wings while at the store)
