You can tell that she helps a lot with my cooks. Cheeseburgers are tonight's dinner. Burgers only no sides.
They were delicious but kept it simple.

Made the patties just like she made them last time. Croutons, 1 egg, and lawrys season salt

On the weber q they went.

Then we add cheeses at the end

I used what I had.
Ketchup, mustard, mayo and pickles.
I needed tomatoes and lettuce but there was none in the fridge.

A side note....
I got a new propane tank and put it on the gas grill. I opened the gas and I could hear a leak but no smell. I didn't want to take a chance so I didn't use my big grill. I think I need a new attachment for the grill. I used another burner I have and it was not leaking with that. I was about to go back and return the tank but I don't think the tank was the problem.
 
Nice home alone cook Tony! Burgers look great and the saga continues!!! Still no beer? Come on man!
 
Good day for burgers, yours look fantastic. As all your food does. Keep batchin' it, cause you aren't gonna starve.
 
I see the pattern here. When sweeties away you get meat , but no sides...and there's no fresh greens in the fridge. ;)
Still , the burgers look pretty good.

I would get a spray bottle and fill it with water and liquid soap. Spray it all along the gas lines and connections and check for a leak.

The burgers look delicious. Your wife doesn't have to worry about her family starving while she is gone thats for sure.
 
Ahhhh, burgers. What man would not cook them with the wife away, or when she's there.......Reminds me to warm up my Q one day, just to make sure it still works............d
 
Good lookin' burgers, Tony! Just so Maridel knows you miss her, you should post a failure of a meal: burnt, unidentifiable and tasteless:)
 
Hey Tony, at least you cook for yourself, the Home Alone kid in Winnetka from the movie
just called for pizza delivery.
