Long time lurker, here.
Finally decided to "join up".
I have enjoyed & learned a lot from the forums / discussions here.
Hopefully... I can learn more & offer some insights.
My junk: an old 18" kettle inherited from my father-in-law w/ a Pro Q inverted stacker and a 1/4" steel diffuser (best chicken cooker that I have ever had). A 18" WSM bought off CL w/ a home-made 1/4" steel diffuser. A brand new WSM 14.5 w/ a home made 1/8" steel diffuser. A 22.5 OTS bought off CL. Ancient Weber charcoal Go-Anywhere. & a generic cheapo 4 burner gasser.
Looking forward to having some fun here.
