Used the 26"OTG with the smoker plate from the 22" kettle for a large rack of meatmonster beef ribs
the smoker plate is quite small inside the 26" kettle, so i filled in with foil 'neath the meat.
the ribs were marinated over night in Stubb's Beef Marinade. No other seasonings were added.
Three hunks of hickory wood were used for smoke flavour.
they cooked for approximately 4 hours at temps inside the kettle ranging from 225ºF to 325ºF
from inside the oven, roasted cauliflower and crash hot potatoes were included
l♥ve beef ribs, and these were very tasty!
Thank you for visiting!
