Started my evening enjoying a drink or two...

Using a new rub I found it's called red eye BBQ rub. This is good stuff and I highly recommend it.

I let the rub get happy with the steaks for about 6 hours

Started with potatoes Indirect with hickory wood

Then the steaks were up. Grilled indirect with hickory wood chunks.

Beautiful MONSTER steaks and pics!!! That last pic looks like I can reach into my monitor and have me a plate!
 
Steaks look awesome, I will have to keep an eye out for that rub.
