Hi All,

Tony from Wisconsin here. Grew up learning to grill on the Weber standard charcoal kettle grill, it's been a long time coming but I finally got my WSM 22.5" and couldn't be more pumped. Used it for the first time making a meal on father's day. Live on a farm so was able to use pork butt from pigs we raised to make a large amount of pulled pork, pretty satisfying! Used a rub and liquid flavoring injection I read in Weber's "Smoke" book and the results were fantastic. Posted some pictures below.

Any recipe recommendations for a next step to take as I'm still getting to know the smoker?

Looks like you have pulled pork figured out. The sky is the limit on what you can cook on your new toy.

One of our favorites is meatloaf.
